Sessions last 60 mins working specifically on developing functional strength and athletic movement with the aim of improving sports performance and injury prevention.
Strength & Conditioning sessions are held on:
Tue - 1830hrs to 1930hrs
Please bring the following with you to each session:
1. Towel
2. Water
3. Shower also available
The sessions are very popular and fill up very quickly so please book online early to avoid disappointment!
