National Duathlon Championships 2014

Functional Fitness Events are please to announce that the National Duathlon Championships will be taking place at Newby Hall, N Yorkshire on the 16 April 2014.

 

Run Routes

The run ( x 2 laps first 10km - x 1 lap final 5km) takes you through the private grounds of Newby Hall.  The running surface is excellent, with a mixture of tarmac and wide track it lending itself to being a PB run course.

Bike Route 

The bike route is a flat 3 lap course of 13.2 km taking on a closed road circuit taking you through the grounds of Newby Hall and the quiet village of Skelton on Ure every time.  

The lapped bike and run routes allows spectators to see how your race is developing, but it will also allows you to experience the great atmosphere generated at the functional fitness events.
