Xhale is a training diary system specifically designed by triathletes for triathletes. You can record your triathlon specific training anytime using your phone, iPad or computer.
Just click on the weekly one chart and review your training. You get lots of great information from this page, including hours trained, intensity of sessions, % of levels of intensity, % of swim,bike , run, and gym, distance trained includingany bric sessions.
It's really easy and quick to enter your training information. Just select your session and intensity from the daily session list with a short narrative detailing the session and thats it. Super quick and super simple, a great way to record you triathlon specific training.
