Ironman Training Bric Weekend - 1st and 2nd March 

I will be doing a bric weekend this weekend if any long course athletes wish to join me and a few other Functional Fitness athletes.  The weekend will consist of the following sessions:

Sat = 75mile Bike ride at IM race pace 3 x 25 mile laps with a 10 to 16 km run off the bike at FTRP. 

Start time 1100hrs at Allerthorpe Lakeland Park

Sun = 60 to 90 mins bike at FTRP with 14 to 16 miles off the bike at IM RP.  This will consist of running a series of 2mile out and back from the Bridge hotel.  

Start time 1000hrs at the Bridge hotel.

* Please note that this is not a formal coached session and you will be required to be self sufficient, so bring all the food and fluid you need for such a trg session. That said you're more than welcome to come and join us for some real IM training.
